Why we use it
To tell you about new Apportion Real Estate investment opportunities, and to understand what investors are interested in. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Who we share it with
We use service providers to host this website and send email. They process data on our behalf under contract. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or for up to three years after our last contact with you, whichever is sooner.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to its use or withdraw consent. Email [email protected]. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
