If you are unhappy with any part of our service, please tell us so we can put it right.
How to complain
Email [email protected] with your name, contact details and a description of the problem. We will acknowledge your complaint within five working days and aim to resolve it within four weeks.
If you are not satisfied
When we are carrying on regulated activities, eligible complainants will be able to refer complaints to the Financial Ombudsman Service. We will publish the details here once applicable.
